DIGI-HDMI-4X2

4x2 HDMI matrix distribution system

The Intelix DIGI-HDMI-4X2 combines professional-grade performance with comprehensive control options, providing an easy-to-use, flexible, and powerful solution for high-definition audio/video distribution applications. A true matrix switcher, the DIGI-HDMI-4X2 features four HDMI inputs, two HDMI outputs and two twisted pair extender outputs. The matrix supports 1080i and 1080p high-definition video and is HDMI 1.3b compliant. Switching is controlled via a diagnostic front panel interface or remotely via RS232, IR, or Ethernet.

In addition, the DIGI-HDMI-4X2 features four pass-through IR channels which distribute remote IR commands from in-room controllers, through compatible Intelix twisted pair extenders, up to 150 feet over twisted pair cable, and out of the matrix, thereby allowing complete control remote sources from the destination.

DIGI-HD-UHR2-R

HDMI over twisted pair receive balun

When used with a compatible transmitter, the Intelix DIGI-HD-UHR2-R transmits HDMI up to 300' over a single twisted pair cable. Built-in HDshāk® processing provides dynamic HDMI, EDID/DDC and HDCP mode selection, gauranteeing performance and image quality. Plus, onboard HDMI amplification and buffering allows multiple extenders to be daisy-chained for greater distances. The DIGI-HD-UHR2-R features electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection circuitry which safegaurds the HDMI ciruit against static electricity and other destructive stray voltage. Designed for use with hDMI matrix distribution systems.

DIGI-HD-IR2-R

When the DVI/digital audio source is selected, the HDMI-2X2 automatically converts the signal to the HDMI format and routes it to both HDMI outputs. Front panel source selection provides switching between the HDMI and DVI/digital audio inputs.

Multiple HDMI-2X2s may be linked for more than two outputs.

The HDMI-2X2 supports resolutions up to 1080p and is HDCP compliant.

HDMI-2X8

HDDA-8-F

Component Video Distribution Amplifier

The Intelix HDDA-8-F is an affordable 1 input by 8 output high-definition component video (YPbPr) distribution amplifier.

Ideal for whole home audio/video, restaurant and bar, transportation, and commercial audio/video applications, the HDDA-8-F features female RCA connectors and supports high-definition 1080i/1080p resolutions. Multiple HDDA-8-F amplifiers may be linked when more than eight outputs are required.

In addition to component video, the HDDA-8-F supports composite video, Y/C video, and professional-level 20 Hz to 20 kHz stereo audio. The HDDA-8-F is compatible with Intelix audio/video over Cat 5 baluns.

Component video from a DVD is routed to four outputs via the Intelix HDDA-8-F. The HDDA-8-F splits and amplifies the signals. The unit is powered locally.

*Intelix recommends linking a maximum of five units with the units no more than 30 feet apart.

AVDA-8-F

Audio/Video Distribution Amplifier Balun

The Intelix AVDA-8 distribution amplifier balun distributes a single source to eight destinations (linkable up to 64 total destinations). The AVDA-8-F supports up to two channels of video and two channels of audio, and is compatible with the Intelix AVO-SVA2-F, AVO-SVA2-WP-F, AVO-V1-F, AVO-V1-ST-F, AVO-V1-WP-F, AVO-V1A2-F, AVO-V1A2-WP-F, AVO-V2A2-F, and AVO-V2A2-WP-F.

Example System: A common application for the AVDA-8-F is in retail kiosks and residential home theater distribution--two scenarios in which a single audio/video source is routed to multiple destinations. In the below example the composite video and stereo audio from a DVD player is distributed to four remote plasmas.
