Web Camera Server allows any analog video camera to be an IP Camera for viewing on a unique web page anywhere in the world with recording, pan tilt zoom, event activation and password protection.
The W4000 Web server is an Internet based digital video system that offers the capability to distribute compressed live signals onto an intranet or Internet connection through Ethernet connectivity. The web camera server supports 4 channels of video. Access to the server through a LAN (local area network) or a WAN (wide area network) is established quickly by simply using standard web browsers like Internet Explorer® and Netscape Navigator®. From the browser all management, configuration, picture control and monitoring of the server is handled.
The W series servers contain image compression chipsets that is capable of delivering standard JPEG and MJPEG, real time streaming video onto limited network bandwidth.
