This is a convenient method for rack mounting portable media players and docks. This versatile shelf can accommodate most MP3 players and satellite radio receivers and can hold one or more players. Grommets in the rear of the rackshelf protect cords and ease cable management.
The SH-DMP-EXT is a rear accessory shelf for the SH-DMP portable media player shelf with a useable area of 16.97" W x 3.88"H x 6.43" D. It is vented on the ears and bottom for optimal thermal management. Bottom of rear accessory shelf also includes cable tie points for cable management. The cable tie points correspond to glands found on rear of portable media player rackshelf.
