It comes with 9 outlets that guard against AC powerline surges plus a phone/splitter surge protector snap-in module that plugs into one of two interchangeable module slots to guard your customers' office equipment against damaging surges entering through telephone lines. It incorporates a convenient one-in/two-out phone line splitter function, as well.

The interchangeable module slots can accommodate a selection of other snap-in communication surge protection modules. This safeguards their investment while allowing them to tailor their Computer Surge Protector to meet their changing surge protection needs.

Leviton's unique modular design allows for 2 modules per surge protector to protect your communication ports. These two modules snap into the unit and are interchangeable.

The communication protection modules that you can purchase to put in this strip include:

Telephone/Modem/FAX Module also acts as a splitter allowing the connection of two devices (such as the telephone and fax on the same line).
DSL/ADSL Module also allows the connection of two devices while providing protection. For applications where the data transmission is causing interference with the voice transmission, Leviton also has the DSL/ADSL Filter/Protector Module, which can improve the performance of the voice line.
Ethernet Module protects your 10 Base T and 100 Base T (Cat. 5) systems.
CATV Module protects your cable TV connection.
Satellite System Module protects your satellite and cable TV connections.

Industrial Grade Plug-Strip Surge Protection Devices (Metal Housing)

Plug Strip Surge Protective Devices are designed for use in the 120VAC, single phase, direct plug-in branch circuit environment. The heavy-duty extruded aluminum housing makes it suitable for use in high-abuse heavy industrial applications. Device features include Transient Voltage Suppression and EMI/RFI Noise Insertion Loss, Resettable Circuit Breaker, Diagnostics, Internal Fusing, and Hybrid Design.
