Used in CATV applications, the Insertion Tool holds F- and BNC-style connectors securely in place allowing the installer to seat the connector properly on the cable.

Prevents injury on center conductor.
Screwdriver bit can be removed to allow the ratcheting screwdriver to be used with standard bits.
Screwdriver bit can be purchased separately for use in standard ratcheting screwdrivers.
BNC screwdriver bit sold separately for use with BNC connectors.

The 1908 is a combination tool. Use the hex socket to easily remove and insert the connectors. Use the threaded end to hold the connector while you insert the cable for twist-on connectors. It helps prevent finger injuries.
