Shipping Information:

All orders are F.O.B. Denville, NJ except direct drop ship.

All shipping is Prepaid by UPS Ground in the continental U.S. unless specified by the BUYER.

NOTE: Shipments made to residential addresses greater than $100.00 will be marked Signature Required.

Registered customers can provide their UPS account numbers however there is a $5.00 handling fee on orders shipped for our warehouse in NJ.
We will not accept a UPS account number if you haven't registered with us first. Lashen Electronics verifies all shipping information given.
Additional fees for drop ships directly from the factory may be incurred and are on a case by case basis.

We will only use FedEx if provided with an account number from the customer.
NOTE: There is Handling Fee of up to $25.00 on all Fed-Ex shipments.

Orders shipped outside the USA are by UPS Worldwide ONLY.

What is considered outside the U.S.A. is determined by UPS's shipping policy.

We automatically Insure all orders over $100.00. The insurance charge is added to the cost of the shipping.

Errors on our Site:

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Lashen Electronics reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Lashen Electronics will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

While Lashen Electronics takes steps to ensure the accuracy and completeness of product and third-party services provided, please refer to the originator of information for details, for example the manufacturer for complete product details.

Back Orders:

We normally stock the popular items shown on our site. Some items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.  We will try to provide the most updated inventory and delivery information. If you do not wish us to backorder your order please specify in your purchase requisition.

Product Warranty & Returns:

• We offer a 15 day customer satisfaction guarantee.
• Warranties are handled by the respective manufacturers after this time period.
• Defective merchandise will be replaced free of charge.
• NOTE: Some manufacturers insist on defectives being shipped directly to them - Contact us before returning any product.
• Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• All returns MUST be in their original packaging. For items that come in sealed packages they must be unopened unless previously arranged. Any items shipped with special packaging MUST have all manufacturer supplied packing materials to insure that there is no shipping damage.
• There are no returns on non-defective tools. Defective tools will be replaced only.
• Shipping charges are not refundable on non-defective returns.
